I open my eyes to the bright sun shining in through the window.
Sitting up, I relize that I'm on the loveseat.
I must have fallen asleep during the movie.
Looking down, seeing Sidney sleeping on the floor with a cover on him.
Wonder why he is here.

As I look over to the other couch, Yvette is sleeping in Evgeni arms.
Getting up, I made sure to walk around Sidney to no wake him up.
I then head to the computer.

Turning it on, I immedicately get an IM from my mom's neighbor,Sherry.

Beauty89- Look on the news right now!!!
Getting up, I head over to the TV as I turn it on and change it to channel 4.

"This is a tragic story,"
What was?

Heading back over to the computer I being typing.

PittBabe88- What happened? I didnt see it.

Beauty89- Jack died in a car accident last night. He was drunk and hit a on coming semi

Oh my god
I began to cry, he killed himself.

Getting up from the computer I run to the back as I jump onto the bed.
Taking the covers, i put them over my head.
I've lost a guy that I truly cared about.
He was like a seoncd guy that I could have called my dad but I never did cause I was too stubborn to.

A great guy died cause of stupidity.
I couldnt do something like that cause I know my parents would be disapointed in me.
And I dont want to disappoint them in anything.

I just sit under the covers as I hear a knock come on my door.

"You ok, Aaylah?"Sidney asks.
I remove the covers from off my head.

"No, Jack killed himself last night,"I say.

"I'm sorry to hear that,"

He sits in his normal spot as I get up and sit next to him as I wrap my arms around him.
For some reason, I feel safe in his arms then in my own bed.

"It's ok, he did it to himself. He's stupid for doing something like that,"

"Yeah he is stupid for doing that to himself,"

"I dont know why I'm even upset about what he did,"

"Cause he was a family member to you,"

"Yeah I guess so,"

As Sidney was about to say something, he's cell began to go off.

"Excuse me,"Sidney says as he heads over near my closet.

"Morning Pat, I know I didn't go on the plane last night. It's at 7:30 start time right? I'll be there by then. I missed it cause a friend needed me more then me flying out.She was devesated. I know, I was doing the right thing. It was. Alright, Bye,"

I just sit on my bed as he walks back over to me.
"My agent is mad at me,"sidney says.

"That sucks,"I say.

"Yeah, he's in L.A. and I'm here. He wants me there ASAP,"
I know Sidney's career is one of the most important things in his life besides his family and friends.

As I was about to say something, a big boom of thunder sounds.

"All great,"I say as I head over to my window to see that it was raining heavly.

"I wont be going anywhere anytime soon cause the plane won't be able to fly in this,"Sidney says.

"That stinks,"

As I say that, I hear something up front.
"I'm going to eat, want anything?"I ask Sidney.

"Sure, I'm getting a little hungry too,"Sidney says.

I walk out of my room as I see Evgeni talking on his phone as Vette was still sleeping.
Walking into the kicthen, I open my cabinet.

"As Evgeni if he is hungry,"I say.

I watch as Sidney talks to him.
"Yes he is,"Sidney says.

"ask what he wants please or what he prefers,"

"He wants pancakes but if you dont wanna make them then cereal. He says that,"

"Alright, would you like pancakes?"

"Sure but you dont have too,"
I close the door as I open the fridge door open and pull out the ready mix.

"Blueberry or normal, Sidney?"I ask.

"regular is ok. Evgeni probably wants the same,"Sidney says.

"Ok. You dont have to hang around me. Watch TV or something. I cant have people in here when I make it,"

"Ok, can I use the computer? If not I'll watch TV,"

"You can use it, I dont mind,"

I then pull out a pan as I was ready to cook some breakfest.

"Oh how many Sidney?"

"3, if you dont mind,"

"Is he off the phone?"

"Yeah,"

"Evgeni how many would you like?"I ask.

"Three," Evgeni says in a very thick russian accent.
I then began to make the breakfest.


10 minutes later...

I put the plates and syrup onto the table.
"Come and get it,"i say but not too loud to wake up Vette cause I know she is a bitch whenever someone wakes her up.

I sit down as I watch Sidney and Evgeni walk and sit down at the table.

"Thank you for breakfest,Aaylah,"Sidney says.

"It wasn't a problam, I was going to have this anyways,"I say.
I began to eat as I hear my phone beginning to ring.

Getting up from the table, i rush to the back as I pick up the phone.

"Hello,"I say.

"Where are you? Class has already began,"My friend, Alyssa asks.
I look over and relized that it was 10:30 in the morning.

"I'm at home, tell her I can't come in today,"I say.

"Why? Whats wrong?"Aylssa asks.

"I just lost my mom and step-father yesterday. Ok I lost two people that i cared about,"

"Oh my, I'm sorry,"

"I gotta go,"

Hanging up, I crawl into the bed.
I close my eyes


Dream
I sit beside my dad as we look over the three rivers.
"This is peaceful, babygirl,"Dad says.
"It is,"Mom says as she sat on my other side.
"I love it out here,"
We all lay back onto the grass.
"So how is school, princess?"Dad asks.
"It's going good dad, only one more year to go,"
"I'm proud of you,"
"I'm proud of you too dad,"
"Thanks, so mom hows your week been?"i ask.
"It's been going really well. what about you dad?"Mom asks causing me to smile.
"The job has been going good this week but I might be quitting,"
I sit up.
"What for?"I ask.
"A part on the Penguins team,"
"What for? Mario isnt there anymore,"I say.
"Cause they sent me something, well Mario did and it was for position of GM and i might take it,"
"Congrats dad,"
I hug him.
He has had so many jobs in his years that he needs a content job and not changing every year like he has been doing.


"Aaylah, wake up,"Vette says.

"What?"I ask.

"What are you doing in bed?"

"I dont want to talk about it. I missed my classes today,"

"Oh ok. Well Sidney and Evgeni are about to leave. Wanna say bye to them?"

I move the covers from me as I head out as I see Sidney and Evgeni by the door, getting ready to leave.

"Sorry I left you earlier. My friend made me sad again,"I say.

"I understand,"Sidney says.

"I hope you have a safe flight out to LA,"I say as I hug him.

"Thanks. you can call me if you need to ok?"
I nod my head as we end the hug.

"Well we better be heading out. I'll call you later to tell you I made it,"Sidney says.

"Alright,"

He opens the door then walks out.
I then shut the door as Vette looks at me.

"Don't you even say it,"I say as i head back to my room as i fall onto my bed.
